Class bookings are open 24 hours before each session, allowing reservations up to 5 minutes before the class starts. If a desired session is full, the MyDiR app will notify you of any available openings for you to book instantly.

Your reservations are conveniently stored in your personal agenda for easy access at any time. MyDiR also provides a stopwatch feature to help you accurately track your routines.
